Beginning a Mindful Practice with Open Door WRJ

September 9 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Kate Gamble from Open Door WRJ will lead a simple shared practice with a focus on stress reduction and physical well-being. Time will be spent gaining an understanding of the health and psychological benefits of
mindfulness practice. Participants will be given a written supplement to the teachings, and support for daily practice will be offered.
