Libraries Open June 1st

Quechee/Wilder Libraries will re-open on June 1st, with safe protocols in place.  Meanwhile, use our pick up bins by emailing your requests to info@quecheelibrary.org or following instructions in this video.
Some programs will be rescheduled; others we’ll offer virtually.  For details on attending online with Zoom click here .  Please take advantage of our many digital resources. Check Kanopy for film-streaming, Overdrive/Libby and RB Digital for ebooks and audiobooks.   Ask for help in accessing these and other great electronic resources available through our website.  Staff will assist by email to  help people gain familiarity with these mediums.

Also, let us know of any specific requests.   We  buy  Overdrive Advantage materials (for our patrons only) to supplement our consortium Overdrive collections.  We are upping these acquisitions as we ride through this challenging time.  Looking for silver linings, this may be a great chance to read more. Books will offer diversion, comfort, humor, empathy, wisdom and great company.   We’ve also got an excellent dvd selection. Let us know what you’d like to borrow and we’ll bag items (isolating all returned items for a week first) and leave at back door. Our loan periods for all items are extended until we reopen.  Be well and stay in touch. Links are below to help with monitoring.
